I’m a senior learning consultant, helping organisations figure out what they want to learn from their work, what learning they want to share, and how best to do it.
I have more than a decade of experience across development, humanitarian and human rights sectors, ranging from global non-governmental organisations to local community based movements. I have lived and worked across many parts of Asia and Africa, and am now based in Brighton, UK.
My values
My experience in work and beyond has established the core values that I bring to every team and every project I work with:
1. Errorless learning
I set up a culture of learning in my work where there’s no criticism, no clinging to failure, and no such thing as ‘wrong’. I’m interested in what we learn by trying, on-the-job, by adapting, reflecting, and building on what we know.
2. Experience as knowledge
My work aims to challenge traditional expectations of who owns knowledge, and explores the ways we can present a new way.
4. Learning as transformative
I create learning spaces, products and frameworks that aren’t just a tick-box, they have the power to transform their audience to do something different based on what they now know.
5. Respect everyone’s time
People are busy. So busy. I work in ways that are time effective, getting straight to the point.
